Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Axiom ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Axiom Pro desktop application for Windows and macOS (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
Because Axiom is a non-custodial application, we never collect your private keys or seed phrases. We may collect:
- Public on-chain data — wallet addresses and transaction data you choose to view or track, which is already public on the Solana blockchain
- Usage data — app version, device type, operating system, crash reports, and feature usage, to improve reliability and performance
- Support communications — information you provide when contacting support
2. How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Service
- To diagnose technical issues and deliver software updates
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents
- To communicate with you about updates, security notices, or support requests
3. Cookies & Local Storage
The desktop app may use local storage on your device to remember preferences (such as layout and watchlists). This data stays on your device and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:
- Infrastructure and analytics providers who process data on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations
- Law enforcement or regulators, where required by applicable law
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect data we process. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain usage and support data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
