Risk Disclosure
Last updated: September 15, 2026
1. Market Volatility
Digital assets, and particularly early-stage or low-liquidity tokens such as memecoins, can experience extreme price volatility. Prices can move sharply in either direction within seconds, and you may lose some or all of the value of your assets.
2. Non-Custodial & Self-Custody Risk
Axiom is a non-custodial application. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys and seed phrases. If you lose access to your wallet credentials, or share them with a third party, Axiom cannot recover your funds or reverse any transaction.
3. Smart Contract & Protocol Risk
Transactions executed through the Service interact with the Solana blockchain and third-party protocols (including, where applicable, Hyperliquid and Marginfi). These protocols may contain bugs, exploits, or unforeseen behavior outside of Axiom's control, which could result in the loss of funds.
4. Execution & MEV Risk
While Axiom implements MEV-resistant execution paths intended to reduce frontrunning and sandwich attacks, no execution method can eliminate all forms of on-chain risk, network congestion, or slippage. Actual execution price may differ from expected price.
5. No Guarantee of Profit
Past performance of any token, strategy, or feature (including auto-strategies, sniping, or copy trading) is not indicative of future results. Axiom does not guarantee profits and is not responsible for trading losses.
6. Regulatory Risk
The regulatory status of cryptocurrency assets and trading activity varies by jurisdiction and continues to evolve. You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
7. Third-Party Information
Wallet tracking, social (X/Twitter) tracking, and other informational features are provided for convenience and do not constitute recommendations or endorsements of any token, wallet, or trading strategy.
8. Acknowledgment
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks described above, in addition to those described in our Terms of Service.
